Cloudy was previously managed by 1UP Factory, an artist talent agency that develops, promotes, connects, and represents musicians. After representing Cloudy in her early career, a meeting occurred on a X space, formally known as a Twitter Space, where 1UP was FIRED on air by Cloudy citing disappointment in the handling of her burgeoning career and success.

Following the firing, 1UP’s online presence changed drastically. Repeatedly commenting and interacting with Cloudy and her stan accounts. Attempting to force contact through repeated phone calls, spam comments, and call outs on the timeline. Fans and observers alike became increasing upset with his actions online and presumably in person.

He received substantial backlash from the community and stans.

This backlash pushed him into a dark place. Lashing out after having lost his primary client, he had to refocus.

Starting and failing an attempt at working with Zezebro an AI project on twitter. Unfortunately, he never heard back from them despite repeated posts that they were in meeting and contact. During this his name was found in text.files associated with her song Party in their Blood. He is presumed to have leaked the original files to a hacker group. Others speculate he released them himself. More fringe believers think it was a frame job.
